Ed Davey - New Leader of the Liberal Democrats

The Liberal Democrats have elected a new leader but an old hand. Someone who has spent a lifetime involved in environmental causes and actually implemented legislation on this as a minister in the often mocked coalition government. A government that maybe does not look too bad now when compared with our current masters!
Despite doing many hustings during the election he has promised to keep touring the country and listening to the membership and the people - so watch this space. Hopefully he will be visiting Cumbria even if only virtually.
