MP holds all day advice surgery at Westmorland Show

With Westmorland Show Day just around the corner, South Lakes MP Tim Farron has announced he will be holding a day long advice surgery at the event.

The show, held on Thursday 11th September 2013 from 8am - 5.30pm, is one of the highlights of the community calendar in the South Lakes, attracting on average 30,000 people through the gates. Tim will be at his usual stand (H265) by the front entrance of the site.

Tim said: "The county show is a highlight in the calendar for thousands of people in the South Lakes and I'm sure that this year's show will be the best ever. As well as looking at the many stalls and speaking to organisations like the NFU I will also be holding an all-day advice surgery.

"So if I can help in any way or you have a comment about any issue please come and see me."
