MP to hold flood surgery to mark two years since Storm Desmond

South Lakes MP Tim Farron will hold a special surgery for those who are still being affected by Storm Desmond two years on.

The surgery will be held at Sandylands Methodist Church in Kendal on Friday 20^th October from 5pm to 7pm.

There is no need to book an appointment - residents can simply turn up and speak to Tim.

Tim said: "Nearly two years on from Storm Desmond and people still regularly contact me saying that their homes or businesses haven't fully recovered from the floods.

"I would invite anyone who was affected by Storm Desmond, or who has concerns about future flooding to come along to the surgery next week and I'll do what I can to help."
