South Lakes MP to host virtual ‘town hall meeting’ next Friday
Next Friday (19th), local MP Tim Farron will host a virtual 'town hall meeting' for residents in the Westmorland and Lonsdale constituency.
The event, which will take place on Zoom from 7pm, will give people the opportunity to raise any concerns or issues that they would like Tim to tackle.

Tim said: "In more normal times I regularly hold open public meetings in town halls and village halls across the South Lakes to give local residents the chance to ask questions and put their thoughts to me.
"Next Friday's 'virtual town hall meeting' allows us to carry on doing that while keeping everyone safe.
"As our MP it's my job to listen to your concerns and represent your views in Parliament.
"As ever, the meeting is open to everyone - I'd love to see you there!"
