WESTMORLAND MP OPENS JOB FAIR

Recently, Westmorland MP Tim Farron opened the Jobs and Careers Fair at Kendal Town Hall.
The event featured a wide range of employers from across Cumbria including the County Council, Cumbria Tourism, and Kendal College Apprenticeships. The event was aimed at young people looking to either further their education or enter the workforce.
Tim spoke of the importance of grasping every opportunity available and the wide range of careers and further education offered within Cumbria.
Speaking afterwards, Tim said: "Cumbria has so much to offer younger generations in terms of both education and careers. I was proud to open this event and show off the best of what we have to offer."
