Tim Farron's annual summer surgery tour dates announced
During the summer Tim Farron MP will be taking his surgery tour around the South Lakes so that local residents can come and voice their concerns. Tim's summer tour aims to reach a full range of communities across our area. This year Tim will be visiting 49 communities in 5 days.

South Lakes MP Tim Farron has held a meeting with representatives from Heinz over plans to shed staff from their factory at Kendal. At the meeting Tim and South Lakeland District Councillors David Evans and Jonathan Brook sought re-assurances that the company remains fully committed to the site.
